We’ve decided to take our program in a different direction and “Cat” is looking for a new home. Cat is 42% Blue Valentine and 15-15.1hh. We bought Cat as a 3 yr and he’s contributed as one of our herd stallions so we have lots of offspring pics to share with his potential new owners. Cat still has a lot of years left whether you leave him a stallion and raise more foals or as a gelding as he is broke and very quiet. Cat isn’t fancy broke but very much teachable as he has recently been ridden and was picking up on new things readily. With Cat looking for a new home, we also have a handful of mares that we term as “Cat’s mares” available that are usually exposed to him or are exposed to him for 2022.

Full set of pics for Cat available upon request.

“Patron” is a 2009 bay roan stallion. He is an own son of Smart Lena Boon and out of a Docs Hickory/Colonel Freckles bred mare. He is 5 panel N/N and 14 1/4hh. He crosses really well on bigger mares and his babies have taken on their size instead of his. His first foal crop for us arrived in 2020 so we have lots of offspring photos as well. He’s easy to handle, good for the farrier and was broke according to previous owner however we were not provided riding video and haven’t rode him during his time with us.

Storm is a 14.2H gelding and as wide as he is tall with a really nice bulldog build to him. He is 5 panel N/N. Storm was in a cutting program for two years but wasn’t shown due to no fault of his own. Storm is currently being tuned up and will continue his tune-up till sold. He would be a nice sorting or team penning prospect as well as ranch versatility. He’s one anyone can ride and has been trail ridden as well. He would make a nice ride for a handy youth wanting to get into the cowhorses as well. He was a stallion prior to 2019 and we did have two foal crops by him. Storm’s quiet and easy to handle, stands tied, for the farrier, baths, grooming & saddling. We’d love to see Storm end up in a performance type home. Video available upon request as well as full set of sale photos.
